Late Night Poker 2007 - Terms and Conditions

  1. You agree that by taking part in the PartyGaming 'Late Night Poker' promotion (including by way of participation in any of the Tournaments) you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Tournament Rules and our PartyPoker.com terms and conditions of use (collectively the 'Rules').
  2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
    1. be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
    2. have successfully completed registration on any of the PartyGaming Brand Websites and opened a Real Money Player Account; and
    3. not be domiciled in Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Burma, China, Cook Islands, Cuba, France, Guatemala, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Nauru, Nigeria, North Korea Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria or the United States of America or such other country that PartyGaming may chose in its absolute discretion to add or remove from this list from time-to-time;
    (each a 'Qualifying Player')
  3. In order to open a 'Real Money Player Account' players must have deposited a minimum of twenty-five United States Dollars (US $25) and accrued five (5) PartyPoints.
  4. The 'PartyGaming Brand Websites' shall collectively mean PartyCasino.com, PartyPoker.com, PartyGammon.com, PartyBingo.com and PartyBets.com.
  5. Strictly no third party entries.
  6. The 'Tournaments' shall collectively mean the Qualifying Tournaments and the $320 Weekly Late Night Poker Satellite.
  7. The 'Qualifying Tournaments' shall collectively mean:
    1. the '$1 LNP Sub Qualifier Rebuy' shall take place at:
      1. 10:25 ET daily;
      2. 07:05 ET every Monday to Saturday inclusive; and
      3. 13:05 ET every Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
      For every thirty five United States Dollars (US $35) in the prize pool a seat will be given as a prize to the $35 LNP Satellite Qualifier.
    2. the '$4 LNP Sub Qualifier Turbo' shall take place twice daily at 11.55 ET and 16:05 ET. For every ten (10) Qualifying Players that take part a seat will be give as a prize to the $35 LNP Satellite Qualifier.
    3. the '$35 LNP Satellite Qualifier' shall take place three times a week at 13:05 ET every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. For every ten (10) Qualifying Players that take part a seat will be give as a prize to the $320 Weekly Late Night Poker Satellite.
  8. The '$320 Weekly Late Night Poker Satellite' shall take place weekly at 15:35 ET every Monday. The top ranking Qualifying Player of each tournament will be awarded the Late Night Poker Package.
  9. The Qualifying Tournaments and the $320 Weekly Late Night Poker Satellite are a game of No Limit Texas Hold’em and Tournaments will be identified in the PartyPoker.com lobby area.
  10. You may enter the Qualifying Tournaments as many times as you wish however you may only win a maximum of one (1) Late Night Poker Package and you will not be refunded in full or in part for any additional Late Night Poker Packages that you win.
  11. The 'Late Night Poker Package' shall include an invitation to join the Late Night Poker (the 'Event') which takes place in Cardiff from 23 October 2007 to 28 October 2007 and comprises:
    1. the five thousand Dollars (US $5,000) entry fee into the Event;
    2. hotel accommodation ('Accommodation'); and
    3. eight hundred United States Dollars (US$ 800) towards travel expenses ('Travel Expenses').
  12. Travel Expenses will be paid directly into Qualifying Player’s Real Money Player Accounts. For the avoidance of doubt this sum is a contribution towards your costs of travel only and you are responsible for arranging any paying for any travel arrangements yourself and paying any additional sums as may be required.
  13. Terms and conditions are attached to the Accommodation. Please ask for these terms and conditions before accepting your Late Night Poker Package
  14. Winners of the Late Night Poker Package may be required to wear PartyPoker.com branded clothing for the duration of the Event and will be required to sign a Release Form.
  15. In the event that a winner of the Late Night Poker Package does not reply to PartyGaming within forty-eight (48) hours of PartyGaming having contacted them regarding their prize, PartyGaming reserves the right to offer the Late Night Poker Package to the next applicable runner-up.
  16. Valid photo identification and proof of age will be required to claim the Late Night Poker Package. Any winner whose documentation does not adhere or conform to these requirements, or who it is discovered is not a Qualifying Player will not be able to take up their Late Night Poker Package.
  17. Winners must accept the Late Night Poker Package as-is. There are a maximum total of 14 packages available however this figure is not guaranteed and it is possible that that fewer packages will be won and awarded. PartyGaming reserves the right to replace each Late Night Poker Package with one of similar or greater value. Winners may not sell or transfer their Late Night Poker Package to any third party and no cash alternative is available.
  18. Winners are responsible for payment of any applicable tax on any Late Night Poker package won. Winners will be responsible for arranging and paying for their transportation to the Event, travel insurance, any visas and other incidental expenses
  19. Winners will be provided with tournament rules of the Event prior to the Event taking place.
  20. Neither the employees of PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers of the Late Night Poker Packages associated with the Tournament, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Tournament.
  21. By participating in the Tournament, you agree to sign if asked, a release form allowing PartyGaming and its group to use your name, photograph and relevant personal information for all advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world in all media now known or hereinafter invented, without further compensation (the 'Release Form').
  22. PartyGaming reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of this promotion, acts in a disruptive manner or breaches the Rules.
  23. We and our group companies may use the information that you provide during the Real Money Player Account registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partypoker.com.
  24. PartyGaming reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this promotion or the Tournament, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. PartyGaming may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in the promotion or Tournament you acknowledge your acceptance of any such changes.
  25. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by PartyGaming’s management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
  26. If the Tournament can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond the control of PartyGaming, then PartyGaming shall incur no liability and no Late Night Poker Package or other prize will be awarded.
  27. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
